Brainwaves Festival

It's sort of surreal to think that Brainwaves actually happened. But it's not over. The intentions of this site are now to share memories and resources from the entire community of people present, on stage, and who helped out but weren't there. Please contact us to share photos, memories, highlights, feedback, anecdotes, or anything you would like to share. Please include your name and location on the planet as it's important to know how far and wide the waves are still being felt.

Brainwaves was a success on every level. Every act who showed had a wonderful time, everyone played fantastically, the shows went off without a snag, the sound was perfect, the space was perfect, and the videos were amazing to watch. Nobody lost their shirt and nobody is rolling in dough: this is exactly the desired outcome. We didn't have to deal with greedy booking agencies, silly PR people, absurd riders, or other bullshit that comes in this industry. Everybody on the production crew has been pretty amped about the fest and while we make no promises, we are in fact looking to do it again.
